Lowe’s has the worst customer service. Their employees don’t help you and they are not knowledgeable on products. Worse thing is that they double charge you. If you return something they refund you but later charge you again. I had a bad experience with a mower and made me look through my banks statements more clearly for Lowe’s purchases and found that back in February when I return a water heater they charged me again after the return. Now I have to watch my bank hoping I get my money back for the mower that was retuned and babysit it so they don’t try later taking it out again. I suggest if you have to go to Lowe’s pay with cash folks. Highly suggest you go somewhere else!!!!

Lowes associate Lanier was so helpful and kept in contact with me calling several times to check and see how the process of trying to order a storm door for my mother's home was going. If I ever need assistance at Lowes in the future I will definitely be contacting Lanier her is a caring and personable young man.

The flooring department manager Jarvis Morgan provided me exceptional personalized service locating the particular tile flooring I was searching for. My contractor for our flooring project could not locate all the flooring we needed to complete the project. I saw on the website the Lowe's store # 2884 had 199 pieces of the tile I was looking for. Jarvis told me over the phone we would verify if the tile count available was accurate and call me back. You never know if you'll receive a call back on something like this but, I was hoping. Sure enough about an hour later Jarvis called me back letting me know he had 236 pieces available. Over the phone he took my order and received my anxiety of not knowing ifvwe would have enough tile to complete the project. Mr. Jarvis Morgan went above and beyond to provide me excellent customer service understanding and meeting my needs.His service should be an example to all other Lowe's employees. Thank you, Jarvis.

I went there, Saturday.\n I took an Uber since I don't drive. I am\n Disabled with a broken bag and walk with a cane period There was staffs standing around talking laughing, complaining talking about other staff members that didn't come in et.Cetera i can hardly stand and could not get any help in the plant section and there was another patron older that needed help also. Not one person offered help.\n And if you looked them in the eye, they turned and ran as fast as they could period this has happened to me several times I just went home and ordered about $300 1 mine from Walmart. And it was delivered to me in just 3 hours. This\nStore does not care if you buy anything or not.So from now on I will not

We had the absolute BEST interactions with three AMAZING ladies at Lowe’s this evening. When I tell you that they went over and above in their helpfulness and friendliness. Please know that you can count on Frankie, Christy W., and Courtney H. Christy even shared with us that she had been with the company for 20 years! I hope Lowe’s recognizes the quality employees they have.
